We first opened back in 1995 under the premise of creating wonderful food that all can enjoy. We have been providing only the finest foods for over 21 years now. We take pride in the fact that each and every food that we create is crafted via the sous vide cooking method.
Sous vide is one of the finest cooking methods in the history of mankind. By submerging your food within hot, circulating water, you’re left with a wonderfully tasting, perfectly cooked meal each and every time.
All of our chefs have gone through rigorous training at only the finest culinary schools across the country. Each of them have at least 4 years of sous vide cooking experience. This is our secret sauce – what makes us great at what we do.
Not only that, but we also ensure that we use only the finest sous vide machines. We purchased premier commercial sous vide machines to make sure that we would have the perfect sous vide food cooked each and every time.
You see, when it comes to cooking sous vide, the quality of the ingredients is only second in importance to the quality of the sous vide machine that you use. The higher quality immersion circulator you have, the better food you’re going to make.
